Indiana's Turkey Run State Park trail number 3 leads to the "Punch Bowl", a visible reminder that glaciers once covered much of Indiana. The hike up the narrow canyon to the Punch Bowl is "interesting" when the water is flowing quickly down the canyon. This image is from atop a ledge that overlooks the falls far below. The constant supply of water encourages the growth of luscious ferns and undergrowth around the area of the falls. The stark white of the water flowing along the narrow channel contrasts with the dark greens and browns of its surroundings.
